John A. & Bobbie Gonder Memorial Scholarship

The John A. & Bobbie Gonder Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of John A. & Bobbie Gonder, former Genesis HealthCare Foundation Director of Development and his wife. This scholarship provides funds for applicants pursuing a career in health care and preferably residing in the Genesis service area of Muskingum, Morgan, Perry, Coshocton, Noble and Guernsey counties (permanent address not school address).

Hooper Scholarship

The Hooper Scholarship was established by James and Betty Hooper of Zanesville, Ohio. This scholarship provides funds for applicants pursuing a career in a health care field other than nursing. Restricted to Genesis HealthCare System employees and their immediate family members who reside in Muskingum or Perry County (permanent address, not school address).

Merry Nursing Scholarship

The Merry Nursing Scholarship was established by Edward L. Merry and Bernice Anderson Merry. This scholarship provides funds for applicants pursuing a degree in nursing. Recipient must reside in Muskingum County (permanent address, not school address).

Moody Nursing Scholarship

The Moody Nursing Scholarship was established by Donald Moody in memory of his wife Judith M. Moody, R.N. This scholarship provides funds for applicants pursuing a degree in nursing. Preference will be given to Genesis HealthCare System employees and their immediate families who reside in the Genesis Healthcare System service area of Muskingum, Morgan, Perry, Coshocton, Noble and Guernsey counties (permanent address not school address).

Good Samaritan Nurses Alumni Scholarship

The Good Samaritan Nurses Alumni Scholarship was established by the Good Samaritan Nurses Alumni Association, preferably for descendants of graduates of the Good Samaritan School of Nursing. This scholarship provides funds for applicants pursuing a degree in nursing or a health-related field.

Dr. Bobby D. Young Scholarship

The Dr. Bobby D. Young Scholarship was established by the family of Dr. Bobby D. Young. This scholarship provides funds for applicants pursuing a degree in nursing or a health-related field.
