Candidates are admitted into the B.Sc. Degree programme of the department in any of the following ways:- through

Direct Entry
Inter-University Transfer

Eligibility

Any candidate with the minimum score (140) recommended by JAMB for the different programmes in the current UTME can apply for any of our degree programmes.
Candidates who did not originally choose HezekiahUniversity in the current UTME can equally apply.
Candidates who did not sit for or pass the current UTME can apply for our one-year JUPEB pre-degree programme. Completion of this programme automatically qualifies successful students for Direct Entry admission into some, Nigerian Universities and other partnering foreign institutions.
We also offer Direct Entry admission for qualified students.

Admission Requirements

1. UTME ENTRY MODE

The minimum academic requirement is credit level passes in five subjects at O/Level in nationally recognized examination including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two sittings. In addition, an acceptable pass in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) based on the approved cut-off for the current academic session in which a candidate is seeking admission, is required for Admission into 100 Level.

2. DIRECT ENTRY MODE

(a) In addition to O/Level requirements stipulated above, applicants should possess at least two A/Level papers in relevant subjects.

(b) OND in relevant discipline with at least upper credit grade in addition to the five credit passes as in relevant subjects.

3. INTER-UNIVERSITY TRANSFER

Candidates wishing to transfer into the Department from another University must have:
Obtained and filled the Inter-University Transfer form from the University Admissions Office.
Satisfied the Department Minimum academic standard required for such level.
