At the time of registration, you will be required, among other things to present:

The originals of the certificates or any other acceptable evidence of the qualifications on the basis of which this offer of provisional admission has been made.
Three recent passport photographs:
A letter of attestation from a person of reputable standing in the society vouching for your good behaviour,
Birth certificate/sworn affidavit of age declaration.
Any other relevant document.
