We are aware at mytopschools.com that Ekiti State University EKSU Acceptance & School Fees Payment Guidelines 2023/2024 is been searched by several aspirants wanting to study in the University

All Freshmen of the Ekiti State University (EKSU) whose names appeared on the admission list are hereby informed to proceed with the acceptance of admission offer and registration process for the academic session.

The EKSU Acceptance Fee and School Fees payment portal is now active.

EKSU Acceptance Fee: ₦ 57,000 (fifty seven thousand naira only) for Other programmes
Law, Nursing, Anatomy, Physiology and Medicine: N107,000.

2. Select the name of service/purpose of what you are paying for, i.e. “ACCEPTANCE FEE FOR REGULAR UNDERGRADUATE ACADEMIC SESSION” for Acceptance Fee.

3. After Acceptance Fee Payment has been successfully made, select the Tuition fee for your respective Faculty. For example select “ TUITION FEE: AGRIC SCIENCES (REGULAR UNDERGRADUATE” if you are in the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, otherwise select as appropriate.

4. Select your course of study and the amount payable for your course of study will pop-up.

5. Fill in your JAMB’s Registration Number.

6. Fill in your Department

7. Fill in your Faculty

8. Fill in your Course of Study.

9. Select your Level e.g. 100 Level for students admitted with UTME or 200 Level for Direct Entry Students.

10. Fill your Name on Payer’s name.

11. Fill your Phone Number on Payer’s Phone.

12. Fill your e-mail address on Payer’s Email.

13. Confirm e-mail address, (please ensure your email address is active and correct as your payment receipt will be sent to any email address provided on the biller. You may not get a receipt if email address is incorrect).

14. Please click on the “I’m not a robot” reCAPTCHA box for verification.

15. Click “Submit”.

16. Then select how you want to pay e.g.,

A. CARD (This method requires that you fill in your ATM card details to make payment).

B. Bank Branch (This method requires that you enter any bank that processes Remita transaction and present your pre-generated RRR code to make payment).

(You are advised to use any of the above method of payment for ease of service).

INSTRUCTION TO CANDIDATES

Print a copy of this admission slip and follow the instructions on payment of Acceptance and School fees as shown on the website (www.eksu.edu.ng).
Kindly report to the Admissions Office (Academic Affairs’ Office Building) with this Admission Letter and two (2) copies of Authority to Proceed slip immediately after the payment of the Acceptance Fee.
Return to your dashboard to pay your school fees by following the instructions displayed on the website as mentioned in ”1” above.
Proceed to your Faculty Officer, within 24 hours upon payment of school fees, for faculty/departmental screening with the original copies of your credentials and the copies of Authority to Proceed Slip already signed by the Admissions Officer. You will be given three (3) files along with the Faculty Screening Form which you must fill. The Faculty Officer will ascertain your eligibility based on University and Departmental requirements.
Proceed to your HoD for screening, after which you are to submit two (2) of the three (3) files containing copies of your Admission Letter, Certificate(s)/Result(s), Certificate of Origin from your Local Government, one Guarantor’s Letter, and evidence of full payment of prescribed fees as stated on your dashboard, three (3) recent passport photographs to your Faculty Officer for necessary clearance.
Submit the third file to the Senate and Academic Matters Division of the Directorate of Academic Affairs
