All newly admitted Candidates are to present to the Registration Officer, the originals and one set of photocopies of the following documents arranged separately in the order shown below:

1. Verification/Bio-Data Form
2. Acceptance Fee Receipt
3. UTME JAMB Result
4. OOU Post UTME Result
5. O’level Result
6. BIRTH CERTIFICATE
7. Certificate of Origin (not compulsory)
8. Tax Clearance Certificate OR N10,000.00 Ogun State Tax Receipt
9. JAMB Admission Letter
