The Vice Chancellor of the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, [ESUT] on behalf of all the Staff and Management cordially invites the general public and the entire University community to the Matriculation Ceremony Exercise of freshers/newly admitted Students for the academic session.

ESUT 41th Matriculation Ceremony Schedule for Freshmen

This is to inform the general public, particularly all UTME and Direct Entry candidates who were offered admission into the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), for the academic session that the matriculation ceremony for them has been scheduled as follows:

Date: Saturday 16th October, 2023
Time: 11a.m
Method: Convocation Area, Permanent Campus, Agbani.

To this end, all fresh students are advised to pay all the prescribed ESUT fees, including matriculation fee of fifteen thousand naira (N15,000.00) only per student before Saturday 16th October, 2023 to be eligible to participate in the matriculation ceremony.

The Ag. Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Charles Eze will deliver his matriculation address, while the ESUT Registrar, Barr. T.M. Ikpenwa will administer the Matriculation Oath on the fresh students.

ESUT Virtual Matriculation Payment Procedure

– Log into the portal (portal.esut.edu.ng) with your username (JAMB Reg Number) and password.
– Click on Admission menu and select Matriculation Fees Invoice menu, click on Generate Invoices Button.
– Click on Printout Academic Gown Invoice and Printout Matriculation Pack Invoice.
– Proceed to the bank to make payment or pay online with an ATM card.
– Log into the portal (portal.esut.edu.ng) with your username (JAMB Reg Number) and password.
– Click on Admission menu and select Matriculation Fees Invoice menu, click on Generate Invoices Button, then click on Oath Form.
– This downloads the form for the student to print.
– Proceed to the central registry to collect Matriculation gown. You are to return the Matriculation gown on or before Monday 19th October, failure to do so attracts a penalty.

The Ag. Vice-Chancellor hereby urges all staff to co-operate with the University Management to ensure the success of this year’s Matriculation Ceremony by mobilizing the students and participating actively in all the activities.

Heads of Department and other Academic and Senior Administrative Staff, are required to report at the Council Chamber at 10.30 am on the Matriculation day for proper robing and procession to the Arena. The procession will retire to the same venue after the Ceremony for a brief chat with the Ag. Vice-Chancellor.
