Eligibility

All prospective undergraduates who scored up to 140 in the most recent JAMB UTME are qualified to apply including those who did not choose Madonna as first choice.
Candidates awaiting SSCE result or its equivalent are also eligible to apply for admission provided the result will be available on resumption.

Cut-Off Marks

This is to inform applicants about the changes made as regard the cut-off mark for 2021/2022 Admission session, as follows:

LAW/MEDICINE/PHARMACY/NURSING – 200 ABOVE

OTHER COURSES 140 ABOVE

Admission Requirements.

Five (5) O’ Level Credit Level Passes at not more than two sittings to include English Language and Mathematics and three (3) other subjects relevant to course of study.

Method of Application

Scan your passport, birth certificate, O level and JAMB results and save the scanned credentials in a device.
Open a web browser, e.g Chrome, Opera-mini, Mozilla fire fox, Internet-explorer etc
In the Address Bar type; https://madonna.sbx.com.ng/ and Click on “Apply now”.
Complete the Application form (fill correctly using Upper Case all through, except for your e-mail After filling and successfully submitting your form, upload your scanned credentials according to how it is indicated on the page by clicking on ‘browse’
Please don’t fill anything in the space for Maiden Name if you are a male or if you are currently single.
After filling and successfully submitting your form, upload your scanned credentials according to how it is indicated on the page by clicking on ‘browse’
After selecting the credentials accordingly, click submit
After successfully submitting your form, copy or print your application number for example (2021/2022/app/00012) and access code. The application number is what you will use to make any payment in the Bank pending when the student is fully admitted into the school. Your login access code is your ‘surname’ and you have to type it the way you typed it during your portal registration, each time you want to login
Payment of Medical test ₦6,000 (Six thousand Naira only) at Mayfresh Mortgage Bank nearest to you
Medical test, Sighting of original credentials, oral interview at ADMISSION OFFICE of any of the Madonna University Nigeria campuses (Elele, Okija and Akpugo).
If the Interview is successful, pay your school fees at Mayfresh Mortgage Bank nearest to you.

Candidates should collect Screening forms from any of our three (3) campuses or any branch of May fresh Mortgage Bank Nation-wide, fill and submit to the officer the form was previously obtained from.

Screening and Admission forms are FREE

All intending Candidates must undergo medical examination in Madonna University Medical Centres on payment of necessary medical fees.

Mode of Payment

NB:

Five (5) O’ Level Credit Level Passes at not more than two sittings to include English Language and Mathematics and three (3) other subjects relevant to course of study.
All prospective undergraduates who scored up to 160 in the most recent JAMB UTME are qualified to apply including those who did not choose madonna as first choice.
The above cut-off mark applies to all other courses except Law (200), Medicine (200), Pharmacy (200) and Nursing (200).
Candidates awaiting SSCE result or its equivalent are also eligible to apply for admission provided the result will be available on resumption.
Screening and Admission forms are FREE
All intending Candidates must undergo medical examination in Madonna University Medical Centres on payment of necessary medical fees.

Submission of Completed Forms

All completed Admission forms should be submitted to the Admissions Officer or Office of the Registrar, in any of our three (3) campuses, any of Mayfresh Mortgage Bank Nation-wide or electronically through fresh applicants link.
