This is to inform all the fresh and returning students of the Arthur Jarvis University (AJU), Akpabuyo, Cross Rivers State, that the academic calendar for the 2022/2023 academic session has been released.

1.	Friday 2nd July 2021	On-Campus resumption	All students are expected back on campus and the pre-requisite for entry into campus will be completion of fees and other outstanding sundry payments
2.	Monday 5th July 2021	Lectures commence for all students	Lectures for the 2020/2021 Second Semester commence for all students.
3.	2nd to 6th (Monday-Friday) August 2021	Second Semester Continous Assessment I	Lecturers are to utilize this period to carry out Continous Assessment for all courses. Pre requisite for students to participate in this exercise is complete payment of fees and course registration
4.	Saturday14th August 2021	Proposed date for Matriculation exercise	Details will be communicated in due course.
5.	Friday 13th August 2021	Commencement of late registration	Late registration will attract a charge as specified by the Bursary. All students are advised to register their courses during the free registration window to avoid additional charges.
6.	Friday 27th August 2021	End of late registration	Late registration ends for all students.
7.	30th August-4th (Monday Friday) September 2021	Students’ week	Details will be communicated in due course.
8.	13th to 17th (Monday-Friday) September, 2021	Second Semester Continous Assessment II	Lecturers are to utilize this period to carry out Continous Assessment for all courses.
9.	Thursday 30th September 2021.	End of lectures	Lectures end for all students.
10.	4th to 8th (Monday-Friday) October 2021	Revision classes/lectures	All lecturers are expected to revise their lectures with the students in preparation for examinations.
11.	Monday 11th Oct. 2021	Degree examinations commence	Exams begin first for all final year students.
12.	Monday 11th October 2021	Sessional examinations commence	Sessional examinations commence.
13.	Friday 22nd October 2021	End of degree examinations	End of degree examinations.
14.	Friday 29nd October 2021	End of sessional examinations	All students to vacate the campus except final year students.
15.	25-29th (Mon to Friday) October 2021	Project defense	All final year students will defend their degree research projects. More details and the format for the defense will be communicated in due course.
16.	November 19, 2021.	Proposed reopening date for 2021/2022 academic session	Details will be communicated in due course.
17.	November 2021.	Maiden convocation ceremony	Details will be communicated in due course.
